My first blog entry- Campbell turns two!

For my mother and sister...here begins my journey as a "blog writer." I can not promise you much as a writer, but I will try to post a few cute pictures of the girls and maybe a few recipes.

So, Campbell turned two this past Sunday. I can not believe how fast these two years have flown by (yes, mother I will probably end a few sentences with prepositions even though I know that it is grammatically incorrect....This is a BLOG, not an English paper.) It seems like just yesterday, she was Adeline's size. Though the truth is...it probably was not that long ago that she was. Adeline seems to be growing a lot faster than Campbell. We went to the doctor today for Campbell. She is 31 1/2 inches which puts her in the 10% for her height. She weighs 21 pounds which places her in the 5% or less for her weight. I am not sure where she gets her "petiteness" from! Anyway, we had a great time celebrating her birthday this past Sunday. All of my family plus Brian's parents were there to help celebrate. We all had a great time visiting with each other, and Campbell greatly enjoyed having company. She squealed with delight at the sight of each new visitor.

Here are a few pictures that capture the weekend:

Also, I made a photobook for Campbell using the Walgreens website. You can check it out here. I was really proud of the way it turned out. I had been really bad about not printing pictures out, so this book was a great way to put all her pictures from this past year in one book. The best part about it is that each page is as thin as paper which means it takes up less room than a big bulky photo book. You also do not have to worry about pictures sliding out and losing them. It was super easy to put together. Also the backgrounds were really cute!

So thats all for now. Bear with me through this whole blogging process, I am pretty slow at it. (and so is my computer!)
